*Luck and Strange*, Gilmour’s most recent studio album, arrived in September 2024 and marked his first solo release in nine years. It quickly rose to number one on the UK charts, praised for its atmospheric sound and contributions from long-time collaborators, including posthumous recordings by late Pink Floyd keyboardist Richard Wright.
